Beautiful crystals able to upgrade moves into Z-moves.

Z-Crystals are a special kind of held item that can be held by a Pokemon to upgrade moves into Z-moves.
Some Z-Crystals will only take effect if held by a specific Pokemon, being rejected by any other species.

Z-Crystals can be crafted in an RKS Machine. See any of the Z-Crystals below for recipes.

The Ultranecrozium Z.pngUltranecrozium Z is an unique kind of Z-Crystal, as it also allows Dusk Mane Necrozma and Dawn Wings Necrozma to undergo the Ultra Burst transformation, becoming 800-ultra.pngUltra Necrozma.

The upgrade only occurs if the trainer has a Z Ring.pngZ Ring equipped, an unique item capable of generating a reaction with the crystals.
Z-moves can only be used once per battle, requiring the player to enable the reaction before choosing the move. Once enabled, all compatible moves will be upgraded, and the most powerful damaging move will start flashing in yellow.

Note: Holding a Z-Crystal makes Rayquaza unable to Mega evolve.

In battle, a Z-Crystal is not affected by moves that remove held items or held item effects, such as Trick, Knock-Off, Embargo, Magic Room.
