Oddly, Pokemon find it quite comforting and roomy. A single Pokemon can be stored within. Some species may be implanted into an  RKS Machine and transported through time.
When used as a crafting ingredient in Mystery Gift exchanges in an RKS Machine, such as exchanging for Mega Stones or Z Crystals, the Time Capsule and the Pokemon contained within are not consumed. However, when used to create Paradox Pokemon, the Time Capsule containing a Pokemon within is consumed.
