A Creative-only Item is, quite literally, an Item that can only be used and/or obtained when in Creative-mode.
They are powerful items that are mostly dedicated to map makers, but it is possible to use some of them to give an unfair boost to your adventure, edit Pokemon/NPCs and spawn unobtainable blocks.
Most of the blocks in this list behave similarly to 
Barriers, so they cannot be broken or moved in Survival-mode.
